These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kinokey website at kinokey.com and any related services we provide before the official launch of the Kinokey product.
By accessing the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Kinokey is a project operated by Halim Stri, an individual based in Morocco. The Kinokey product is currently under development and has not been launched. The website you are visiting is a waitlist page intended to collect early interest.

The Kinokey app or service is not available at the time these Terms are published. Features, pricing, availability, and launch date described or implied on the website are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee that the product will launch, or that it will include any specific feature.
The Kinokey name, logo, wordmark, taglines, visual identity, written content, and all materials displayed on the website are the property of Halim Stri or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
You may share links to kinokey.com freely on social media and elsewhere.

The website uses third-party services (MailerLite for email, Netlify for hosting, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). Their use is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties beyond our control.
The website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly set out in these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halim Stri and Kinokey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or the waitlist, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable law, including statutory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate access to the website, or remove any email from the waitlist, at any time and for any reason, including non-compliance with these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
